Compliance & Governance
Are you CQC registered?
Yes. The premises hold active CQC registration for regulated dental activity. Visiting clinicians work under our registration; you do not need your own for this location.
What do I need to rent a dental chair?
Current GDC registration, valid professional indemnity insurance (minimum £10 million), and completion of our one-time induction (approximately 45 minutes). We verify all credentials during induction.
Are you HTM 01-05 compliant?
Yes. Our decontamination room and protocols meet HTM 01-05 Best Practice standards. All autoclaving, instrument processing, and waste handling is managed by our team.
Who is responsible for clinical governance?
Practice-level governance (infection control, equipment maintenance, environmental compliance) sits with us. Patient-level clinical governance (treatment decisions, consent, records) remains with you for the patients you treat. This is the standard model for dental chair rental.
Can aesthetic medicine practitioners work from here?
Yes. Botox, dermal fillers, and IV therapy are commonly delivered from No. 22. Prescribers should confirm their own CQC registration if their service requires it separately.
