What qualifications do I need to rent a chair?
All dental chair renters must be on the GDC register and carry valid professional indemnity insurance. We verify both during our one-time induction (approximately 45 minutes).
Do I need my own CQC registration?
No. You work under our existing CQC registration as a visiting practitioner. We maintain all premises-level compliance (HTM 01-05, clinical waste, equipment servicing). You bring your own clinical governance for the specific patients you treat.
Can I bring my own dental nurse?
Yes. You can bring your own nurse or we can arrange one from our network at the standard London rate (approximately £25 to £40 per hour). Either way, book this in advance.
What about instruments and materials?
You bring your own instruments, handpieces, and patient-specific consumables. General consumables (PPE, gloves, cups, tissue) are included.
How do patients find my clinic?
You handle all patient marketing and bookings. We provide the space and the address; you build your practice. Many of our renters use their Harley Street presence as a premium positioning on their existing practice website and consultation letters.
Can I reserve the same day every week?
Yes. Exclusive weekly bookings are our most popular arrangement. One full day per week is £2,600 per month; a full-time exclusive chair is £10,500 per month. The Chair Club (our loyalty program) adds further discounts for committed renters.
What is the induction process?
Before your first session, you complete a 45-minute induction covering infection control, waste disposal, emergency procedures, and equipment operation. We provide a written induction pack by email in advance.
