Frequently Asked Questions
What does a half-day shoot include?
Half-day hire (4 hours) includes exclusive use of one surgery or the consulting room, reception area access, WiFi, parking coordination, and a member of our team on site. Lighting, styling, and talent are your responsibility.
Can we shoot with real clinical equipment?
Yes. All equipment is available for staged shots. Sterile packaging, instrument trays, and dental chair controls can all be featured. For shots involving actual dental procedures, we require GDC-registered talent and additional governance.
Do you allow crew and talent in clinical areas?
Yes, with a short pre-shoot briefing. We require all crew to wear shoe covers in clinical areas. Food, drink, and smoking are not permitted in surgeries.
Can we film on the Harley Street exterior?
Yes, pavement-side filming outside the building is permitted. Larger productions requiring road closure or equipment on the pavement may require permissions from the City of Westminster, which we can advise on.
What is the cancellation policy?
48 hours notice: full refund. Less than 48 hours: 50 percent charge. Same day: full charge. We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance for your preferred dates.
